Who we work with
HVAC and heat-pump installers
You set the unit, and we run the circuit and the disconnect, and change the panel when it needs room. We don't sell or install HVAC equipment.
Builders and owner-builders
Whole-house wiring for new homes, from the service and main panel through rough-in and trim-out. See new-home wiring.
Remodelers
The electrical for kitchens, baths, basements, additions and ADUs, fitted around your other trades. See remodel and ADU wiring.
Realtors, home inspectors and property managers
Electrical items from an inspection report, and repairs at one- and two-family rentals. See troubleshooting and repairs.
What we need from you
- The address and the scope: what you're installing or building, and where.
- Equipment details: the model or spec sheet for a heat pump, water heater, charger or generator, so we size the circuit from the nameplate.
- Plans or a sketch: for new homes, additions and remodels, with the panel location and the fixture layout if you have them.
- The window: when your unit goes in, or when framing, rough-in and drywall are planned, so we can fit around you.
- Site access: who lets us in, and who the homeowner's contact is.

Why work with us
- Electrical only, no HVAC. We don't sell or install heat pumps or furnaces, so we're not after your equipment sale.
- License numbers in plain sight. Our residential electrical license and our contractor registration are on every page.
- A division of a general contractor. We know how a build runs, and we work around the other trades.
