Who we are

Washington Electrical is a trade name of Construction Washington LLC, which does business as Washington Construction. The company holds a Washington electrical contractor license for residential work, WASHIC*743DE, and a general contractor registration, WASHIC*795O4, both with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I).

Our general contracting side builds and remodels homes as Washington Construction. This site is for the electrical work: panels, circuits and wiring for houses, ADUs, and the garages and shops that belong to a home.

Homes only

We do residential electrical work only. Houses, ADUs, and the garages and shops that belong to a home.

Our license is for residential work, so every job we take is at a home: a house, an ADU, or a garage or shop that belongs to a home and serves the household.

How a job goes

  1. Tell us about the job

Use the form or call. What you want to add or change, and the town, is plenty to start.

  2. Site visit

We look at your panel and the service coming into the house, and ask how you use the space.

  3. Written scope

Each circuit and device listed line by line, so you can compare and decide.

  4. The work

Any change goes in a signed change order before the work changes.

  5. Walkthrough

We walk the work with you, show you what's labeled where in the panel, and hand over the documents.
